Students from Uva Wellassa University participated in practical activities on Stages 15 and 16, including repainting, waymark maintenance, litter collection and environmental awareness.
These activities give students direct exposure to the practical requirements of managing a long-distance hiking trail and demonstrate how trail stewardship can support learning about conservation and sustainable tourism.
