The Kew Estate Early Childhood Development Centre project, completed in January 2026 with support from WSO2, has transformed the facility into a safer, more welcoming and child-friendly learning environment. The improvements provide children with a suitable space to learn, play and develop, while enabling teachers to better support their early education. The upgraded centre is a source of pride for the children, their families and the wider estate community, demonstrating how collaborative partnerships can make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and create lasting benefits for communities along The Pekoe Trail.
Travel on Purpose recognised the need for playground equipment at the Kew Estate Early Childhood Development Centre and generously donated towards the initiative following a hiking trip along The Pekoe Trail. The contribution helped provide playground equipment and a dedicated play area, creating a safer, more engaging environment where children can play, learn and develop outside of the classroom.
